One real person, one entry
Everyone on Kuulu signs in with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID, so every entry in every pool is one verified real person. No bots, no duplicate accounts, no follow-and-tag games — entering never requires anything on social media.
Who can take part
This campaign celebrates an Estonian national day and is open to verified Kuulu users with an Estonian personal identity code. Kuulu itself works across Estonia, Latvia and Lithuania — we would love to repeat this for Lithuania's and Latvia's own days.
