Launch giveaway — the rules
1. What this is
The Kuulu launch giveaway celebrates our launch on 20 August 2026, Estonia's Restoration of Independence Day. Three phones are drawn: one blue, one black, one white. Entry is free — no purchase or payment is ever required, and nothing you buy changes your chances of winning.
2. Organiser
The giveaway is organised by Berryfoot Brewing Co. OÜ (trading as Kuulu; registry code 16905016, address Tornimäe tn 5, 10145 Tallinn, Harju maakond, Estonia) — the company operating Kuulu. Questions: support@kuulu.ee.
3. Who can enter
You can enter if you are verified on Kuulu with Smart-ID or Mobile-ID using an Estonian personal identity code and are old enough to use Kuulu. The campaign celebrates an Estonian national day; we plan to repeat it for Lithuania's and Latvia's own days with rules fit for each country.
4. The three prizes and how each is won
Each phone has its own pool and its own independent random draw. You can be in all three at once.
Blue phone — everyone who has verified their identity on Kuulu by the draw cutoff is in.
Black phone — you have at least 3 listings that passed review and are still live on draw day. Real items, with photos.
White phone — at least 2 friends joined through your invite link and each of them both verified their identity and published a listing that passed review. An invite never counts for a signup or a click alone.
5. One entry per person per pool
One entry per person per pool. Every account is verified against a national identity code — one real person can only ever hold one account, so nobody can stuff the draw.
6. What does not count
Listings removed by review or deleted before draw day; invites where the friend never verifies or never publishes an approved listing; and any social-media action — following, liking or tagging is never required and never counts.
7. The draw
Each pool is drawn independently and at random on Friday, 18 September 2026. Winners are contacted through Kuulu (in-app message, notification, or the email on their account). If a winner cannot be reached within 7 days, that phone is re-drawn in the same pool.
8. Prize delivery
We hand the phone over in Estonia (in person or via parcel locker, agreed with the winner). Any prize taxes are the organiser's to pay — the winner owes nothing.
9. Your data
Your contact channel is used only to tell you the draw result. Nothing is added to marketing lists; marketing always needs your separate opt-in consent.
10. Disqualification
Fraud attempts, fake or duplicate listings, abuse of review, or gaming the invite system lead to disqualification. Decisions are final. Questions: support@kuulu.ee.
